The director and employees of Klarborg ApS have access to the information registered about you.
Legal basis and purpose
Your general contact details such as name and address are collected pursuant to the GDPR Article 6, letter b to be able to deliver the product you have purchased from us. Your email address is collected in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card data, and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement pursuant to GDPR Article 6, letter b.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your email address to send a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The processing of these personal data takes place pursuant to GDPR Article 6, letter f.
In connection with your visit to our website, we collect information about your IP address, browser, searches, where you click, and similar behavior. This is used to create statistics to analyze the use of our website with the purpose of optimizing it as best as possible. At the same time, we want to show you the most relevant products for you - both on our website, but also to be able to market these via Google and Facebook. This consent is obtained via our cookie banner.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to buy products from us on our website.
Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent for its processing for the purpose of receiving our newsletter) will be deleted 3 years after you have received your item.
By visiting our Facebook page, we collect information about users' behavior on our Facebook page - including the number of likes, people who like our page, number of page views, the reach of posts, and similar. Recipients of personal data
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, phone number, and email address will be disclosed to our shipping company, currently PostNord, GLS, and Shipmondo, for the purpose of delivering your orders.
If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review site Trustpilot.
We have our webshop and payment system through Tric Solutions, which acts as our data processor.
We disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors, and the partners necessary for the task. Data processing agreements have been made with these parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access and rectification, meaning you can at any time view all your entered data on our platform and correct/update the information.

You have the right to restriction of processing, meaning you can control any restriction of the processing.
You have the right to object, meaning in certain cases you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
You have the right to data portability. This means that you can at any time retrieve or have the information sent to you.
